Задержание пассажиров

Задержание пассажиров The passport control were very bad with my husband, he is foreigner, he has the resident visa, all his documents are completed with no mistake, they kept him 3 hours without asking him any question, he missed his second flight because of the passport control, when I spoke to them by phone, the police man said that all his documents are correct, but we don't know why he is traveling! ( what ann idiot reason) with no respect for foreign people in such international Airport in the Capital City of Russia, it is SHAME!
